PureBasic V2.00 PR1 (Windows)

- First public release of the long awaited Win32 version ! For beta testers or experienced coder only. It features most of the Amiga functionnalities, including some new ones. Amiga 2.00 version will be released at the same time than the Windows final version (to have the both perfectly synchronized).
- German language update for PureBasic 1.60 (AmigaOS).
- Fantaisie Software got the http://www.purebasic.com address.
